At A Bit Bazaar, every item is made to order. Because of this, we approach refunds and returns with care while remaining fair when something goes wrong.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item was lost or never received

  • Item arrived with a clear production or fulfillment error

Requests submitted outside this 7-day window may not be eligible for review.

How to Submit a Request

Requests made through social media, comments, or third-party platforms will not be considered valid.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is received, we will respond within 1 business day.

Photo Verification

For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photographic evidence to help us verify the issue with our fulfillment partners. Clear photos of the product and packaging may be required before approval.

Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation and your preference:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit issued as a coupon for future purchases

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost

The resolution method will be confirmed with you before processing.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen or display variations

  • Normal wear and tear
